Frankfurt am Main - 1. FC Kaiserslautern forward Andrew Wooten has agreed to joined FSV Frankfurt on loan until the end of the season.

Wooten has made seven Bundesliga appearances (one goal), 32 Bundesliga 2 appearances (seven goals) and 100 appearances in the German fourth division (45 goals) in his career so far. During this time he has played for 1. FC Kaiserslautern, SV Sandhausen and Wormatia Worms.

'Good future'

“We have been watching Andrew Wooten for some time now and we believe that his style of football will fit in well with FSV Frankfurt,” declared FSV’s sporting director Uwe Stöver. "He will play his part in our success in this half of the season."

“In terms of the team’s development as well as my own personal development, I can see a good future for FSV Frankfurt,” said the German-American striker. “I will try my best to be a part of FSV’s success in the second half of the season.”
