Sandhausen - A late equaliser earned SV Sandhausen a 1-1 draw and denied Karlsruher SC a place in the top three on Friday evening.

Seyi Olajengbesi was a late inclusion in the Sandhausen starting XI, taking the place of Daniel Schulz, who injured himself in the warm-up before the game. And it was the Nigerian who made a crucial saving tackle to prevent Dimitri Nazarov from scoring in the 20th minute.

Nazarov took his second big chance of the game to open the scoring in the 57th minute, this time getting the better of Olajengbesi, before drilling the ball into the bottom left-hand corner. Karlsruher appeared set to leap up to second with all three points, but Florian Hübner had different ideas as he salvaged Sandhausen a point at the death.
