Player of the month

The official "Player of the Month" award has been created by DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga in cooperation with the Bundesliga’s official licence partner EA SPORTS. It will be awarded in a two-stage selection process that will consider both the players’ individual performance data and a vote by fans and experts. The start of each vote will be announced on the social media channels and websites of the Bundesliga and EA SPORTS.

Borussia Mönchengladbach's Lars Stindl has been named the Bundesliga's Player of the Month for December 2020. Robert Lewandowski, Nadiem Amiri, Vincenzo Grifo, Florian Wirtz and Thomas Müller were the other candidates.
