Six Bundesliga stars named in Bosnia World Cup squad

Munich - Six Bundesliga players have been named in Bosnia and Herzegovina's preliminary squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Vedad Ibisevic (VfB Stuttgart), Sead Kolasinac (FC Schalke 04), Ermin Bicakcic (Eintracht Braunschweig), Mensur Mujdza (SC Freiburg), Sejad Salihovic (1899 Hoffenheim) and Emir Spahic (Bayer 04 Leverkusen) have all been included in the 24-man squad by head coach Safet Susic, with Bundesliga 2 side VfR Aalen goalkeeper Jasmin Fejzic also nominated.

Bosnia are likely to face a tough task to qualify from Group F, which also includes two-time World Cup winners Argentina, 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winners Nigeria and Iran.

Schalke, meanwhile, were quick to congratulate Kolasinac on his inclusion, sending the following tweet shortly after of the announcement:
