VfL Wolfsburg have completed the signing of long-time Borussia Dortmund and Poland winger Jakub Blaszczykowski.

The 30-year-old spent last season on loan in Italy with ACF Fiorentina, before starring for Poland at this summer's UEFA EURO 2016 competition in France, with two goals and an assist helping steer his nation to a quarter-final finish.

"Blaszczykowski significantly increases our flexibility in terms of attacks on the right-hand side of the pitch," said Wolves coach Dieter Hecking."He is an enormous benefit to the team."

Blaszczykowski has played nearly 200 games for BVB since 2007, winning back-to-back Bundesliga titles with Die Schwarzgelben in 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 under coach Jürgen Klopp.

Kuba, who has signed a deal running until 2019, is expected to feature prominently next term, with Andre Schürrle having moved in the opposite direction last month.
