After snapping a four-game winless streak in the Bundesliga on Saturday, Borussia Dortmund's players were back in the gym at the start of the international break, for a workout with a difference...

Make the most of the international break to give your Official Fantasy Bundesliga team a Dortmund makeover!

Regulars at the SIGNAL IDUNA PARK won't quite know what to make of it. The Dortmund faithful are used to seeing the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Christian Pulisic and Ousmane Dembele zipping around the pitch at high speed, making life hard for their opponents. Just ask Hamburger SV.

But in a video posted on social media this week, a handful of BVB stars showed they also know how to slow things down, if needs be. They took part in the Mannequin Challenge, the latest craze to hit the web, where the name of the game is to stay perfectly still.

The Mannequin Challenge may have gone viral, but don't expect it to inspire a tactical revolution in Thomas Tuchel's squad. Dortmund will need all the pace and movement they can muster on Matchday 11, when their old friends FC Bayern München come to town.

This isn't the first time Bundesliga stars have made a splash on social media. Two years ago, they also took part in the Ice Bucket Challenge, to raise money for the ALS Association.
