Frankfurt - Eintracht Frankfurt forward Haris Seferovic is approaching a return after missing the last fortnight with a thigh injury.

Likely to feature

"It looks good," said Seferovic, who participated in first-team training on Tuesday after undergoing a final test on his injury the previous day.

The 25-time Switzerland international was withdrawn prematurely during his side's 2-0 defeat at FC Schalke 04 on Matchday 6. He has since missed fixtures against Hertha Berlin and FC Ingolstadt 04, with Eintracht only finding the net once in his absence. “We have to be more aggressive [this weekend against Borussia Mönchengladbach],” added Seferovic, who has scored twice this season.

"It's far more likely that he features than he doesn't," said club coach Armin Veh.

It was not all good news for the Eagles, however, with Constant Djakpa returning from international duty with a knock, making him a doubt for the visit of Gladbach.
