Dortmund's Pulisic braced for "slaps" from Marco Reus after lost bet
Borussia Dortmund attacker Christian Pulisic could be forgiven for approaching his club's return to training on 7 July with a hint of trepidation ahead of a reunion with team-mate Marco Reus.
Speaking at an event in his hometown of Hershey, Pennsylvania earlier this week the 18-year-old, who has been nominated for the prestigious ESPY award for excellence in sports, was asked about his relationship with Germany international Reus.
"It's great," he replied. "We actually made a bet on the NBA finals. He gets to slap me 20 times when I get back to Dortmund because the Golden State Warriors won." Pulisic, a big fan of LeBron James, had backed the Cleveland Cavaliers to take the title.
