Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been named in Gabon's final 2017 Africa Cup of Nations squad.

Put some Official Fantasy Bundesliga pennies aside for Aubameyang's return from the 2017 AFCON right here!

The Gabon captain, who currently heads the Bundesliga scoring charts on 16 goals, will lead the host nation out for the tournament opener against Guinea-Bissau on 14 January in Libreville. The competition runs until 5 February.

Aubameyang's involvement in the biennial tournament means he will miss Dortmund's first Bundesliga outing of 2017 against SV Werder Bremen on 21 January. Should Gabon progress beyond the group stage, the 27-year-old would also be unavailable for BVB's trip to 1. FSV Mainz 05 on 29 January and, potentially, the headline showdown with RB Leipzig on 4 February.
