Incredible as it seems, the 2016/17 Bundesliga season is already drawing to a close, and as usual at the business end of a campaign, it is time to hand out the prizes. We want you to decide who is honoured by voting for the bundesliga.com Team of the Season.

Julian Weigl(Borussia Dortmund)

From lung-busting box-to-box dynamos to deep-lying orchestrators, there are many different kinds of central midfielder. This trio each have a different style, but who has impressed you the most?

Pass, move, find space, receive, repeat. Weigl may not stand out as much as some of his more attack-minded team-mates but his economy on the ball at the heart of the Dortmund midfield should not be underestimated. Nine times out of ten his passes find a colleague and as defensive shields in front of the back four go, you would be hard pushed to find a better one.

Naby Keita (Leipzig)

The 22-year-old has been one of the most impressive performers for Leipzig this season, propelling them up the table with his energetic displays in the middle of the park. Equally adept at breaking up opposition attacks as he is getting forward, Keita has contributed eight goals and seven assists this term, and deservedly earned legions of new fans along the way.

Sebastian Rudy (Hoffenheim)

The 26-year-old has been a mainstay in an incredible Hoffenheim side this season, captaining the team into the European qualifying places. Rudy's excellent sense of positioning sets him apart - he is invariably in the right place at the right time to make an interception or break up an opposition attack. Such have been his composed displays that Bayern Munich moved to sign the man who is now also a full Germany international.
