Frankfurt striker Haris Seferovic has served a one-game ban and he comes back into contention for this game. After missing the 0-0 draw with Hamburg, Spanish youngster Jesus Vallejo could take the place of Michael Hector in the Eagles’ three-man defence. Captain Alex Meier, who came on as a late substitute on Matchday 25, is a major doubt with a heel complaint.

Japenese veteran Makoto Hasebe, who hurt himself in the Matchday 24 loss at Bayern Munich, has a cartlidge problem in his knee. He underwent an operation last week and will not feature again this season.

Dieter Hecking is hoping that Fabian Johnson will be available after missing the 1-0 defeat against Bayern Munich, while the Foals boss is also banking on the return of captain Lars Stindl. Attacking midfielder Thorgan Hazard should start.
