Goalkeeper

Rune Jarstein (Hertha Berlin, 10 points)

The third best goalkeeper in the Bundesliga, you say? Only Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer and Hoffenheim’s Oliver Baumann are ahead of Jarstein after he collected another 10 points on Matchday 22. The Norwegian picked up his eighth clean sheet of the season as Hertha won 2-0 against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Defenders

Gaetan Bussmann (Mainz, 15 points)

The French full-back has been back in the Mainz side for the past two matches and he helped the 05ers shut out a freescoring Bayer Leverkusen attack last weekend. Bussmann kept the rapid Karim Bellarabi in check as Mainz left the BayArena with a 2-0 win.

Jannik Vestergaard (Borussia Mönchengladbach, 16 pts)

Like most of his teammates, Vestergaard seems to be loving life since Dieter Hecking took over at Borussia Mönchengladbach. And fantasy managers must love having the Dane in their team right now. He picked up 11 points for his defensive efforts alone as Gladbach picked up their fourth clean sheet in six matches by winning 2-0 at Ingolstadt.

Sokratis (Borussia Dortmund, 17 points)

Sokratis kept the home attack quiet at one end of the pitch and scored at the other as Borussia Dortmund won 3-0 in Freiburg. In his 150th Bundesliga game, the Greek earned an impressive 17 points – including seven for his vital opening goal.

Stefan Bell (Mainz, 16 points)

Bell is the topscoring central defender in the Bundesliga this season after getting his fourth goal of the campaign in their 2-0 win at Leverkusen.

Midfielders

Kingsley Coman (Bayern Munich, 14 points)

Coman has not featured too much this season but he got in on the fun in as Bayern hammered Hamburg 8-0. The French winger got nine of his points for getting his first goals of the season and his first Bundesliga brace as a Bayern player.

Levin Öztunali (Mainz, 13 points)

Mainz had Öztunali to thank for the 2-0 win at Leverkusen. He got two of his 13 points after setting up the first goal with a corner. And on 11 minutes, he got another four when his free-kick crept in at the far post. The 20-year-old also had three shots on goal – more than any other player.

Arjen Robben (Bayern Munich, 16 points)

The Dutch winger got an assist and also chipped in with the 125th goal of his Bayern career, which brought him level with Claudio Pizarro in the record books. Only one foreign player – Giovane Elber with 139 – has found the net more times for the German champions.

Watch: Take a look at Robert Lewandowski's most spectacular Bundesliga goals!

Forwards

Timo Werner (Leipzig, 14 points)

Werner set up the first goal and got the insurance strike himself in Leipzig’s 3-1 win over Cologne. The 20-year-old had four shots on goal in total.

Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich, 20 points)

The Pole helped himself to his fifth Bundesliga hat-trick in the 8-0 win against Hamburg, bringing with it a three-point bonus. With stats like those, it is no surprise that he is the top fantasy points scorer in the league with 239 for the season.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Borussia Dortmund, 16 points)

Aubameyang is the joint top goalscorer in the Bundesliga after his brace in the 3-0 win at Freiburg brought his tally for the season to 19 – the same as Lewandowski. The Gabon international had more shots on goal (eight) than the whole Freiburg team (seven).
