Ingolstadt - Matthias Ginter was in no doubt as to who the best team was at the Audi-Sportpark on Sunday afternoon after Borussia Dortmund chalked up a resounding 4-0 win over FC Ingolstadt 04 to move top of the Bundesliga table for the first time since September 2013.

bundesliga.com rounds up the post-match reaction to another electric BVB display under Thomas Tuchel...

Ginter: "We showed from the off that we wanted to win the game. We had chances to take the lead earlier in the first half. Apart from one effort in the second half, Ingolstadt didn’t stand a chance. Nobody can expect us to put away all our chances, but that’s something we still need to work on."

Marcel Schmelzer: "We played well over the entire 90 minutes again today, just like we did against Gladbach last weekend. We missed a few chances early on today, but overall we played very well. I’ve managed to stay fit for a while now, but I wouldn’t say that’s down to the change of coach!"

"Back to Dortmund with three points in the bag. Great team performance!" says Julian Weigl.

Pascal Groß: "You have to focus on being solid defensively against a side like Dortmund. Even if we’re playing at home, we have to make sure we’re organised. That said, we wanted to put them under pressure. The atmosphere was fantastic today. The stadium was completely full and we were playing against a top side. Unfortunately, though, we were beaten by the better team."

Tobias Levels: "Dortmund were deserved winners. We had our best period of the game at the beginning of the second half, but Dortmund scored the goal and the floodgates opened after that. We just have to focus on ourselves, not worry about what other teams are doing. We did well for long periods against a very strong team today."
