Goalkeeper

Expert guide: How to score points on the Official Fantasy Bundesliga

Koen Casteels (VfL Wolfsburg, 10 points) – saved two shots on goal and kept a clean sheet on his first Bundesliga start for the Wolves.

Defenders

Ricardo Rodriguez (VfL Wolfsburg, 15 points) – scored Wolfsburg's second goal with a direct free-kick to seal a 2-0 win at FC Augsburg's WWK Arena.

David Abraham (Eintracht Frankfurt, 12 points) – won 75 per cent of his 16 attempted challenges and kept a clean sheet in the Eagles' 1-0 win at home to FC Schalke 04.

Frederik Sörensen (1. FC Köln, 12 points) – came out on top in an impressive 92 per cent of his attempted challenges and kept a clean sheet as the Billy Goats recorded a comfortable 2-0 win over SV Darmstadt 98.

Philipp Lahm (FC Bayern München, 16 points) - scored for the third time against SV Werder Bremen and won all five of his attempted challenges.

Forwards

Thomas Müller (FC Bayern München, 17 points) - did not score, but weighed in with three assists. The Germany international was also involved in 12 of Bayern's 27 attempts on goal and was one of the defending champions' most industrious players, covering 11.2 kilometres of ground.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Borussia Dortmund, 15 points) - scored twice from just four shots on goal in the 2-1 win over 1. FSV Mainz 05 and has now been on target in three of his four season openers in the Bundesliga.

Robert Lewandowski (FC Bayern München, 24 points) - grabbed a hat-trick in the 6-0 rout of Bremen and had more shots on goal (12) than in any of his previous Bundesliga appearances.
