Frankfurt - The city of Wolfsburg will host the 2015 Supercup between Bundesliga champions FC Bayern München and DFB Cup winners VfL Wolfsburg, the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga has confirmed.

As has been the case since 2010, the event is to be played at the home of the cup winner or, in the event of a league and cup double, the Bundesliga runners-up. This season's contest will therefore be held at Wolfsburg's Volkswagen-Arena, on 1 August 2015.

Pep Guardiola's Bayern have lost the last two Supercup meetings to five-time winners Borussia Dortmund.
