Martin Harnik

: It became very clear just how fine a line there is between success and failure. It was an unbelievable game - certainly not one for the faint-hearted. Our morale was incredibly positive but we can’t lose sight of the fact that we conceded too many goals. We need to eradicate our mistakes because we’re not going to score five every game.

Christian Gentner

: I always had the feeling we could win the game, even after going 4-3 down. We’ve got a lot of quality but need to minimise our mistakes. However, given the position we’re in, the way we’ve been dealing with setbacks has been fantastic. Now we need to continue working on performing more consistently.

Sercan Sararer

: That was an absolutely crazy match. In the first half we missed a few chances and unfortunately weren’t able to keep playing well after going 3-1 up. But we showed great team spirit and deserved to come away with the win.

Marco Russ:

It’s unbelievable what happened. We went 3-1 down, then recovered to go 4-3 up, and still let the win slip out of our grasp. You can’t explain what happened today.
