Cologne - Fit-again Borussia Dortmund megastar Marco Reus snagged top spot in the Matchday 2 Player of the Week poll as voted for by bundesliga.com users, courtesy of an energetic display in BVB's 3-2 win over FC Augsburg.

The 25-year-old was the clear winner, taking 59 per cent of the ballot ahead of FC Bayern München debutant Xabi Alonso (27 per cent) and Bayer 04 Leverkusen’s man of the moment Karim Bellarabi (14 per cent).

'On the right track'
