Augsburg - Polish striker , currently on loan at FC Augsburg from Bayer 04 Leverkusen, will spend the 2014/15 season on loan at AFC Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie.

The 20-year-old Poland international signed a year-long loan agreement in Amsterdam on Thursday and will link up with his new team-mates when the new season begins on 1 July.

Milik, who appeared as a substitute in Poland's this week, has scored twice in 18 Bundesliga appearances for Augsburg this season. He joined Leverkusen in January 2013 and is under contract at the Rhineland club until the summer of 2018.
