Munich - 1. FC Nürnberg striker will probably just want to forget his debut season with the Franconians. Aside from hitting the woodwork more often than he found the net, the 23-year-old was also plagued by injuries throughout the campaign.

Ginczek scored three goals but hit the frame of the goal five times in 17 appearances. After suffering a broken toe during the first half of the campaign, a cruciate ligament injury sustained in a 2-0 defeat by FC Bayern München back in February then caused the former Borussia Dortmund striker to miss 14 Rückrunde matches.
