Dortmund - One side was clearly more satisfied than the other with a point after the spoils were shared between Borussia Dortmund and FC Schalke 04 in the 144th Revierderby on Tuesday night.

I think Schalke can be very happy with this point. We gave them hardly any chances and had loads ourselves. We actually played exactly how we wanted to but we're disappointed with just a draw.

We played really well and we were definitely the better side. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to score, though, which is disappointing. Still, we put in a good performance and played like we know we can, which was important. It was a much better display from us than against Gladbach.

We didn’t get what we deserved for a good performance. Schalke had their backs to the wall and we didn’t let them have any chances. We had tons of opporunities and combined very well together, but unfortunately we couldn't get the points.

We would have liked to win today, but we can be satisfied with the point. Dortmund put us under a lot of pressure and created a lot of chances, but sometimes in football, you also need an ugly performance to get something, and we did that in the derby.

Dortmund definitely had more chances, but we showed a lot of fight and great team spirit, and I think we also deserved the point. Against a team like that, the most important thing is to make sure that you are solid at the back, which we were. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to catch them on the counterattack like we wanted to. Otherwise we might have had one or two more chances, but at the end of the day we can live with the result.
