Sobiech set to miss rest of the season
Hanover - Hannover 96 striker Artur Sobiech looks set to miss the rest of the current campaign after tearing a ligament in his left knee in training.
The Polish international, who has managed to find the net three times in the Bundesliga this term, is expected to be sidelined for several months and is unlikely to feature again for Hannover this season, the club has announced.
Sobiech will have to undergo an operation to repair the damage at Cologne's Kölner MediaPark Klinik on Thursday.
