Malang - Hamburger SV have finished their tour of Indonesia by playing out a 2-2 draw with local outfit Arema Cronous FC.

van Marwijk satisfied

scored from the spot for the Red Shorts in the first half, with adding a second after the half-time break. Cristian Gonzales and Sunarto netted the goals for last season's Indonesian runners-up.

HSV head coach Bert van Marwijk expressed disappointment after his team twice surrendered the lead, but added that he was pleased with the performance after the long travel distances. "We looked flat after half an hour because we'd had to come a long way, so I can't be too unhappy."

Hamburg now jet off to Abu Dhabi, where they will continue their preparation for the second half of the season, which includes a friendly against Dutch side Vitesse that will be broadcast live on the official Bundesliga YouTube channel on Friday. Their Bundesliga campaign resumes 26 January with a home game against FC Schalke 04.
