Hanover - Hannover 96 midfielder will miss die Roten's next two Bundesliga matches after picking up an injury against Hamburger SV on Sunday.

Stindl pulled a calf muscle in the defeat at the Imtech Arena and has now been ruled out of Matchday 14's clash with Eintracht Frankfurt and Hannover's trip to VfB Stuttgart the following week.

The 25-year-old has started every game so far this season and has captained the side in the absence of injured Steven Cherundolo.
