Bremen - It was every bit a game of two halves in Sunday's six-goal thriller between Werder Bremen and 1. FC Nürnberg.

Werder Bremen

bundesliga.com reviews the post-match reactions...

Eljero Elia: Of course I'm really happy to have scored two goals. It's really good for my self confidence, but I'd rather us take all three points than score. It goes without saying we should have won the game after taking a two-goal lead, but after getting in front we didn't play good football and simply threw the three points away. That's a real shame.

Clemens Fritz: If we'd have kept a clean sheet, we would have won. It's very difficult to win when you concede three goals at home. That should not have happened. We gave away a stupid goal before half time and again after the break. After that, we got back in the game and were on a level playing field.

1. FC Nürnberg

Josep Drmic: The coach wanted to play more offensively after the break. We were always looking to get forward. We fought with heart, passion and determination. That's why we took a point. You didn't see much from us in the first half, but we're a tough bunch and showed that we wanted it. We woke up in the second half.

Adam Hlousek: Of course I'm really happy with my goal - it was really important for us. We wanted all three points, but we didn't play well in the first half. It was important to score before half time. We were unrecognisable after the break and showed our fighting spirit.
