Dortmund - Borussia Dortmund's 6-2 victory over Hamburger SV ensured they stayed top of the league, and goals from their attacking arsenal filled them with confidence ahead of their UEFA Champions League date with SSC Napoli on Wednesday.

Borussia Dortmund

bundesliga.com rounds up the post-match views of the key players.

Marco Reus: We didn't give up at 2-2 and demanded more of ourselves, now we can focus on the Champions League. More intensity like that over a full 90 minutes and we'll be difficult to beat. I've got my rhythm and confidence back. All I care about is football, I love it, and I love this team. Now onto Napoli.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: A great game, we played at a good level, and we keep picking up points, which is the most important. Nothing's ever perfect, and we can always get better - we know we can do it. It'll be difficult in Naples, but we've got a good squad which is now full of confidence.

Hamburger SV

Lasse Sobiech: After pulling a goal back to make it 2-1 and then equalising shortly after half time, we were actually on the right track. However, there is no excuse for us falling apart and affording so much space afterwards. Everyone needs to have a long, hard look in the mirror and ask themselves whether they truly gave 100 per cent. Because when you give just a little bit less, then it ends up like it did today.

Hakan Calhanoglu: Today was a very dark day for us. After suffering a defeat like that, it's of course hard to explain. I think we did well to get ourselves back into the contest, but played incredibly poorly after falling 3-2 behind. We're definitely going to have to do things differently in the next match. Against Bremen we've got to prove that we're here to give our all for the fans and the club.
