Augsburg snap up Bobadilla
Augsburg - FC Augsburg have signed Argentine forward Raul Bobadilla from Swiss side FC Basel.
Attacking options
The 26-year-old, who played 59 games for Borussia Mönchengladbach between 2009 and January 2012, put pen to paper on a three-year deal valid until 30 June 2016.
"I'm very grateful to FC Augsburg for giving me the chance to play in the Bundesliga again," said Bobadilla. "I'm looking forward to it and will give everything to help the team achieve its goals."
Augsburg coach Markus Weinzierl also expressed his delight that the transfer had gone through: "It's great that it's happened as Raul gives us another option up front and that can only help the team."
