Bremen - Werder Bremen have completed the signing of Argentine forward Franco Di Santo on a three-year deal from English Premier League outfit Wigan Athletic FC.

24-year-old Di Santo will be officially introduced as a Bremen player during Thursday's pre-match press conference ahead of their game against FC Augsburg.

The former Chelsea FC player, who has three caps for Argentina, but also owns an Italian passport, was part of the Wigan side that won the FA Cup last season.
