Frankfurt - Eintracht Frankfurt have bolstered their attacking options with the signing of from VfL Wolfsburg.

The Croatian international has agreed terms on a long-term loan deal with the Eagles, running until 30 June 2014. Lakic, 29, whose previous clubs include Hertha Berlin, 1. FC Kaiserslautern and 1899 Hoffenheim, has scored 16 goals in 68 Bundesliga appearances and will wear the number 11 shirt.

Frankfurt, currently fourth in the standings, recently parted with forward duo Rob Friend (to 1860 München) uand Dorge Kouemaha (Gaziantepspor).
