RB Leipzig 3-1 FSV Frankfurt 1899

Boosted by a recent run of three consecutive wins, the Saxony side quickly found their rhythm, dominating first-half proceedings from the off but finding clear-cut chances difficult to come by.

That changed in the second period, however, Marcel Sabitzer’s brace and a spectacular scissor kick from Dominik Kaiser carving out a comfortable 3-0 lead. Panol Perdedaj’s strike 20 minutes from time was merely a consolation for Frankfurt.
