Davie Selke scored the only goal the game as RB Leipzig returned to the top of the Bundesliga 2 standings following a 1-0 win away to DSC Arminia Bielefeld.

Arminia Bielefeld 0-1 RB Leipzig

Leipzig striker Emil Forsberg went closest to breaking the deadlock, before Selke slotted his seventh goal of the season through the legs of Bielefeld goalkeeper Wolfgang Hesl to put the visitors in front late in the first half.

Bielefeld upped the ante after the restart, with Fabian Klos, Christopher Nöthe and substitute Christian Müller spurning decent chances to level. The best chance of the half, however, fell to Leipzig’s Stefan Ilsanker, who was only thwarted by a fine Hesl save.
