Hamburg - Hiroki Yamada scored twice as Karlsruher SC picked up their first win in five thanks to a comfortable 4-0 victory at FC St. Pauli.

The Japanese striker got the visitors up and running with his second goal of the campaign after 18 minutes. Dennis Kempe provided the cross for his side's opener and the Karlsruher defender was on the money yet again before the half was out. Rouwen Hennings was the beneficiary on that occasion, collecting the ball and finishing well from ten yards. Pauli's John Verhoek had a goal ruled out for offside early in the second half, with a couple of late efforts from Selcuk Alibaz and Yamada condemning the hosts to their sixth defeat of the season.
