Ingolstadt - FC Erzgebirge Aue managed to come away from Ingolstadt with a point, despite a dominant display from the hosts FC Ingolstadt 04 in Matchday 7's 1-1 draw at the Audi Sportpark.

The home side had the chance to go in front as early as the third minute but Stefan Lex, Mathew Leckie and Alfredo Morales were all guilty of poor finishing. Those misses were made to look even more worse when the visitors went ahead completely against the run of play, Frank Löning tucking home after Romario Kortzog had hit the post with Aue's first attack of the game.

Stung into action, the Bavarians replied almost immediately as Lukas Hinterseer fired home from ten yards out, but, like in their draw against TSV 1860 Munich on Matchday 6, Ingolstadt were unable to make their subsequent pressure tell and had to settle for a frustrating point for the second match on the trot.
