Ingolstadt - FC Ingolstadt remain on track for Bundesliga 2 survival after registering a 1-1 draw at home to promoted 1. FC Köln.

The home side enjoyed a promising start at the Audi Sportpark, creating several chances before the interval. Moritz Hofmann saw a promising effort saved by Timo Horn at the half-hour mark, but the striker did better shortly after when he fired the ball past the Köln goalkeeper from close range to give Ingolstadt a deserved lead.

Köln saw more of the ball in the second half and the Rhinelanders were soon back on level terms courtesy of Anthony Ujah's a fine solo effort. After both teams had spurned promising opportunities in the final stages, Hofmann missed the chance to give Ingolstadt all three points when his spot-kick was saved by Horn after Miso Brecko had felled Stefan Lexa inside the box twelve minutes from time.
