Ingolstadt - SC Paderborn kept up their push for automatic promotion to the Bundesliga my moving up to second, temporarily at least, after coming from behind to win 2-1 away at FC Ingolstadt 04.

Paderborn had suffered defeat against Düsseldorf last time out, and fans might have expected similar disappointment at the Audi-Sportpark when Alfredo Morales tapped in from close range after five minutes. Andre Breitenreiter’s side continued to plug away, however, and were level shortly before the break when Marvin Bakalorz stabbed home from inside the six yard box. The second period was an even affair with both sides contesting possession keenly, but Paderborn won it with eight minutes remaining when Elias Kachunga punished a defensive error to finish into the corner. SCP now occupy the second automatic promotion place but can be overtaken by Greuther Fürth if the Bavarians can beat FC Erzgebirge Aue this weekend.
