Sandhausen - FC. St Pauli came from 2-1 down to beat SV Sandhausen 3-2 in a thrilling advert for Bundesliga 2 football on Saturday.

A dour and uneventful first half was transformed within five minutes of the restart when Danny Blum fired in his fourth league goal of the season to put the hosts in front. Sören Gonther's header levelled matters five minutes later, before Nicky Adler made the most of a mistake by Philipp Tschauner to restore his side's lead. The game turned decisively in the visitors' favour after 76 minutes, though, when Sebastian Schachten and Marc Rzatkowski struck to lift Pauli to within three points of third-placed SC Paderborn.
