Sandhausen - A first-half penalty helped SV Sandhausen to a 1-0 victory against FC Erzgebirge Aue on Matchday 19.

Sandhausen started confidently, carving out several half-chance in the opening stages. Seyi Olajengbesi could have given the hosts the lead only two minutes into the game when the Nigerian failed to get the better of Aue goalkeeper Martin Männel, but Alois Schwartz men's effort were rewarded just past the half-hour mark, when Ulm fired home from the spot-kick after Arvydas Novikovas had fouled Nicky Adler in the box.

Aue threw bodies forward after the break in search of an equaliser but former Nigeria forward Solomon Okoronkwo missed the Saxonian's greatest opportunity, as the visitors' late efforts came failed to come to an avail.
