Dresden - SG Dynamo Dresden were denied victory at the death in their local derby against FC Erzgebirge Aue after a 1-1 draw in the Glücksgas Stadion.

The two Saxon clubs had begun the day level on 15 points and it was the visitors that had the first chance of the game, with Dresden’s Benjamin Kirsten saving brilliantly to keep out Solomon Okoronkwo’s header. Aue were reduced to ten men when Dorian Diring was dismissed for two yellow cards, and Dresden made their advantage count when Thorsten Schulz thumped home after the break. Mickael Pote then missed two gilt-edged chances to seal it for the hosts, and they were made to pay when Rene Klingbeil lashed in an equaliser in added time.
