Sandhausen - SV Sandhausen stretched their unbeaten league run to three following a 2-0 win at home to ten-man FSV Frankfurt.

Danny Blum rifled home after 16 minutes to hand the home side a deserved lead, with Matthew Leckie going closest to drawing Frankfurt level before the break, only to see his downward header sail past the left-hand post. Sandhausen emerged after the restart with a renewed sense of purpose and got their just reward when Blum picked out Simon Tüting, who found the bottom corner with aplomb. Frankfurt defender Nils Teixeira received his marching orders for a second-bookable offence in added time, compounding the miseries of a FSV side without a win on the road since Matchday 4.
