Dresden - An Edmond Kapllani hat-trick earned FSV Frankfurt their second win of the season at the expense of a SG Dynamo Dresden side still searching for their first victory of the campaign.

Matthew Leckie twice went close to giving the visitors the lead at the Glücksgas-Stadion before Kapllani translated Frankfurt’s dominance into a positive scoreline just before the interval. Unsurprisingly, the lively Leckie was the provider with a perfect ball into the middle which Kapllani merely had to nudge over the line.

Kapllani made it two five minutes into the second half with a shot from the edge of the penalty area, prompting a chorus of whistles in disapproval from the home fans. Leckie missed again, before Kapllani showed his eye for goal to complete his hat-trick and seal all three points.
