Munich – TSV 1860 Munich recorded only their first home win since November after a comfortable 3-0 win over 1. FC Union Berlin.

Talismanic striker put the Lions ahead in the first half with a far-post header from deep cross, before Stoppelkamp then tapped into an empty net to put the hosts in a commanding position on the stroke of half-time. Union attempted a fightback in the second half, but they could find no way past a stubborn 1860 rearguard, and Lauth nodded in his second to see out an easy win.
