Regensburg - FSV Frankfurt kept their outside chance of clinching the Bundesliga 2 promotion play-off spot alive as they collected a comfortable 4-1 win against cellar-dwellers Jahn Regensburg.

After an evenly-contested first half in which the hosts focus was clearly on keeping things tight at the back, goals from Yannick Stark and Zafer Yelen handed FSV control of the encounter. Regensburg pulled a goal back through a late Oliver Hein penalty, but it was left to top scorer Edmond Kapllani to wrap up the win with a late brace as Frankfurt closed the gap on third place to just five points.
