Dresden - Anthony Ujah took his league tally to eleven for the season as 1 FC Köln moved to within a point of third-placed Kaiserslautern following a 2-0 win at Dynamo Dresden.

The hosts turned up the heat midway through the first half, with Filip Trojan and Robert Koch forcing smart saves from Köln stopper Timo Horn. Köln striker Stefan Maierhofer was almost made to pay for wasting a glorious chance on the hour-mark as Pavel Fort went close for Dynamo, but Ujah made no mistake, striking twice in seven minutes to leave Dynamo two points adrift of 15th-placed VfL Bochum.
