ADDED TIME

We'll have four minutes of added time here in Wolfsburg.
86'

BIG CHANCE FOR SCHLAGER

The midfielder is found on the edge of the Leipzig box with all the time in the world to pick his spot. He goes for goal, but drags his shot wide with his weaker right foot.
85'

NKUNKU FINDS CASTEELS

The Frenchman has a bit of space on the right side of the Wolfsburg box, but can only fire a shot straight at the hands of Casteels. The Wolfsburg No.1 has hurt himself in the process, though, but looks like he'll be able to continue.
85'

INTO THE FINAL FIVE

Leipzig still look the most likely to grab a winner here if one side is going to win it. But can they?
79'

WEGHORST SUSPENDED

The Dutchman receives his fifth yellow card of the season and he's now out for Wolfsburg's trip to Augsburg next weekend.
77'

ARNOLD JUST WIDE

Weghorst does well controlling a cross into the box as he runs away from goal. He lays the ball off for Arnold to hit at goal, but he slices it just wide of the mark.
72'

LEIPZIG PATIENT

The away side are being patient in their search for a whole in the Wolfsburg defensive wall. The home side are proving a nuisance, though, and are even getting forward themselves with intense pressing winning the ball back quickly.
68'

WEGHORST FIRES JUST WIDE

A rare chance for the home side in this second half as Wout goes for goal with his left foot a la Haaland from the edge of the box. But it drifts just over the Leipzig crossbar.
62'

LEIPZIG LOOKING MOST LIKELY

Still hopeful here that we won't see a goalless draw between these two sides - it would be the first in 11 games. But if a team is going to score, right now it looks more likely to be Leipzig than Wolfsburg.
61'

SABITZER SO CLOSE

He's played a neat pass by Laimer and quickly turns and shoots low at goal from the edge of the Wolfsburg box. It's always drifting away from Casteels, but the Belgian makes a big save.
61'

ATTACKING CHANGES

Timo Werner is on for Leipzig, as well as Dani Olmo, with Leipzig looking to freshen things up in attack.
60'

Substitution

56'

POULSEN DRAGS WIDE

A fantastic run from Laimer opens up the Wolfsburg defence for Leipzig. The ball comes back to Forsberg in midfield and he clips the ball through to Poulsen on the left, but he fires his shot past the far post.
53'

SCHICK HEAVILY INVOLVED

A good start to the second half here for Schick. He's been on the ball plenty and getting others involved as well. Chances still few and far between thus far.
47'

EARLY CHANCE

A fantastic one-two between Nkunku and Forsberg as the Swede lobs a ball to the right wing. Nkunku sends a first-time volley back into the box and Forsberg pokes a foot towards goal, but can't connect with the ball properly. That would've been special.
46'

SECOND HALF BEGINS!

We haven't seen a goalless draw in the last 11 meetings between these two sides. Goals coming again today?

45'

ADDED TIME

We'll have just one minute of time added on at the end of the first half here.
41'

MEHMEDI WITH A HEADER

Arnold's free-kick brings Gulacsi out of his goal but he is too late to punch the ball clear and Mehmedi meets the ball, sending a header over the bar. Gulacsi clattered into his own man, Schick, instead, but the pair are both ready and able to continue.
39'

BIG CHANCES AT THE OTHER END

Mehmedi forces a good save from Gulacsi at his near post before the ball is crossed to the other wing. Steffen cuts inside and chips a ball into the box which is almost headed at goal by Weghorst, but Angelino is perfectly placed to make a crucial block and clear the ball away.
36'

HUGE CHANCE FOR ANGELINO

It's a big opening for Leipzig as Schick finds Angelino running into the Leipzig box on the left. He cuts inside past Steffen's sliding challenge and can shoot at goal on his right foot. Clearly it's his weaker foot as he sends the ball high over the bar from eight yards out. A big chance to take the lead there for the Man City loanee.
35'

BROOKS THE BOSS

The USMNT defender is coming up against a handful with Poulsen in the Leipzig attack as well as Schick. But he's won all of his first five duels in this game so far.
30'

NKUNKU SHOT BLOCKED

The Frenchman has his and Leipzig's first opening in front of goal as he finds himself in space on the right corner of the Wolfsburg penalty area from Schick's pass. He goes for goal, but his effort is blocked well by Otavio and Casteels gathers the second ball. Wolfsburg doing their jobs superbly.
26'

NEITHER SIDE HAVING JOY

It's been a game of defensive prowess so far in Wolfsburg. Neither side's attack has been able to create too many openings, with Wolfsburg keeping Leipzig from having any real attacking chances. It's been a big midfield battle so far and Leipzig are, at least, still enjoying most of the ball with 61 per cent possession.
18'

MOMENTUM WITH THE WOLVES

A few minutes of pressure here from the home side. With Brekalo on the left wing, they're finding a lot of space behind Nkunku - playing at right wing-back for the first time this season rather than his usual central midfield or left wing position. So far, it's giving Wolfsburg the chance to exploit some space.
15'

BREKALO BACK

The 21-year-old is back after having some work done on his right foot.
13'

BREKALO OFF THE PITCH

The Croatian forward is getting treatment for a knock right now on the sidelines, so Wolfsburg are down a man.
10'

FORSBERG WORKING HIS WAY

The Swede picks up possession in space in the Wolfsburg half and dribbles at goal. Schick and Poulsen are in support and he looks for the Roma loanee with a dink into the box, but it's cleaned up by Casteels. Leipzig enjoying most of the time on the ball, Wolfsburg enjoying more time in front of goal in the early stages.
6'

OTAVIO FORCES A SAVE

The left-back is played in down the left and has no options in the middle as he reaches the edge of the Leipzig box. He decides to go for goal at the near post, forcing an awkward save from Gulacsi.
5'

WOUT NOT THE FASTEST

Weghorst is played in behind the Leipzig defence over the halfway line by Arnold and he's sprinting forward with the ball. The Leipzig defence quickly catches up though, and he's forced to turn back and shoot on his left foot. A faster forward would have been able to get a good shot away on goal there.
3'

LEIPZIG LINE-UP

A few minutes in and we can already see that the Leipzig system has not changed, just the personnel: Gulacsi - Klostermann, Upamecano, Halstenberg - Nkunku, Sabitzer (c), Laimer, Angelino - Forsberg - Schick, Poulsen.

WE'RE UNDERWAY!

And here we go in Wolfsburg, this should be a fun one.
Kick-off!

READY TO ROLL!

Kick-off is moments away in Wolfsburg...

ADAMS IN THE PERFECT PLACE AT LEIPZIG

The USMNT midfielder is on the bench today for Leipzig as he continues to improve his fitness in recovery from injury. Having just signed a contract extension until 2025, Adams says he's in the perfect place to take his next footballing steps. "It's such a family-oriented club. I’m really excited to extend my contract and to continue my development with the club. I think it’s the perfect place to not only grow as a player but as a person as well. I'm back in full team training now. Obviously it was frustrating to pick up another little injury, but I’m glad it was only two weeks. So now I’m back, fit and ready to play."

DFB CUP REVENGE FOR THE WOLVES?

It was a devastating affair when these two sides met in Wolfsburg in the DFB Cup last October. Leipzig stunned their hosts in a 6-1 thrashing. Five of Leipzig's goals came in the second half of that game, and two came from Timo Werner. It would be a big surprise to see such a scoreline again, but stranger things have happened...

RETURN OF THE WOUT

Wout Weghorst has four goals in his last three Bundesliga games, but he hasn't scored on home soil since Matchday 13. The Dutchman has two in five outings against Leipzig.

A HAPPY LEIPZIG HUNTING GROUND

Leipzig are unbeaten in their last four competitive meetings with Wolfsburg (W3 D1) and have never conceded more than once in their four visits to the Volkswagen Arena. This will also be the 12th competitive meeting between these two sides, and none of the previous 11 have finished goalless.

STEFFEN AT RIGHT-BACK

The Swiss winger who can usually be seen dribbling his way past defenders on the right or left wing of the Wolfsburg attack is going to see what life is like on the other side today. He starts at right-back today with Kevin Mbabu and William both out for Wolfsburg. Otherwise, it's as you'd expect for Oliver Glasner's side.

A CHANGE OF LEIPZIG SET-UP?

With Nordi Mukiele only on the bench as well, it could be a return to a four-man defence for Leipzig today. If not, it could be the usual three-man backline with Marcel Sabitzer moved out to right wing-back. We'll have to wait and see how they line-up at game time.

WERNER ON THE BENCH FOR LEIPZIG

Turbo Timo was not fast enough to recover from a knock picked up in training during the week and he is only fit to start on the bench today for Julian Nagelsmann's side. With a UEFA Champions League Last 16 second leg against Tottenham Hotspur to come on Tuesday, Werner is not being risked. Yussuf Poulsen has come in to replace him.
